When Schools have an onsite server which they wish to access from the Internet, myinternet needs to setup a redirection so that traffic can be successfully sent and received from the onsite server. In order for this to be done as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below and include all information.
1. A management job should be logged containing the following:
The School's admin server.
The name of the server (e.g.: <servername>.<schooldomain>).
The IP and port which traffic is to be redirected. This is called the Remote IP and Remote Port.
E.G. : <servername>.<schooldomain> 203.x.x.x:<Live Port> -> <Remote IP>:<Remote Port>
web.test.vicceo.schools.net.au 203.x.x.x:80 -> 203.43.173.27:80
3. Once all the correct information is received on average the request
will take a day to complete.
